Once the payment has been received, the order will be packed and shipped within one day using one of our shipping agents. Shipment is paid by and carried out at the risk of the customer. We do not process orders on weekends or national holidays, but we guarantee that any order placed on these days will be handled the very next working day.

The delivery time within the UK is between 2-3 working days.

Privacy & Security

We take our customers’ privacy and security very seriously. For that reasons, we have a team of web developers and server administrators who work on the security of our website regularly to ensure it meets all security standard. We do not store credit card details, and instead, use PayPal as our payment gateway for secure payments. Your user details are securely stored in our customer database and your information is never shared with any third party.
Returns & Replacements

If you decide to return any products, you can do so within 7 days of delivery. The postage date is binding in this respect. The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning an item. We can either get our couriers to pick it up or you can send it back to us using your own courier. Please ensure you get proof of delivery.

The items to be returned may only be returned unopened and in an unused, and undamaged state, and in its original packaging. If he item has been opened please email us beforehand t ask if the item can still be returned or not.

Sahara Beauty reserve the right to assess each individual case and charge a 20% re-stocking fee for any item that can be returned but which has been opened or not in its original packaging.

The procedure for returns is as follows:

  • We will respond within 2 working days, and as long as the item has not been opened or tampered with, you will receive a returns reference, which you must state on the return envelope or with the courier.

All orders are subject to stock availability. Orders are placed on the website by completing the form and sending the order. Once your order is on our system, you will be notified by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will get the parcel number allowing you to track your order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All prices indicated on the website are in pounds sterling, including of vat. We have the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Products are delivered at the prices as specified at the time of ordering. Special offers are valid as indicated at the time of ordering.

Orders will be processed after receipt of payment. Payment has to be effected at the time of ordering through paypal (credit cards) or bank transfer. The delivery time stats once we receive payment.
